How do I order?
Click on the “Store” tab above, click "Full Collection A-Z", select the iris that you would like to order and add it to the shopping cart, in the shopping cart you can increase the quantity ordered, should you wish. You can delete items from the shopping cart if you choose.
When you are finished your order, shipping costs will be added and you have a variety of ways to pay.
How do I pay?
We are pleased to accept payment by
- Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards
- Iris Australis Gift Card's (enter the code at checkout)
How much is postage and handling?
- Under five rhizomes $10
- Over five rhizomes, $15
- Orders of over $300 are shipped free of charge
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes - assuming you include your email address with your order, you will be sent tracking information on the day your order ships.
When do you ship orders?
We start shipping in mid-December, and continue through until 31 March each year. This gives the plants maximum chance to settle in to your place, and hopefully bloom in their first year.
We generally ship on Mondays, so your delivery has a good chance of reaching you that week. Iris travel very easily and can easily survive weeks (or months) out of the ground.

Can I visit?
Iris Australis is in Bilpin in the Blue Mountains, just west of Sydney. We are open from 10am to 4pm on Fridays and weekends during October each year, when the bearded iris are in peak bloom.
